H M ratifies Oman’s accession to education anti-discrimination pact

Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No 32/2026 on Wednesday ratifying the Sultanate of Oman’s accession to the Convention Against Discrimination in Education signed in Paris on December 15, 1960. Article 1 ratifies the Sultanate of Oman joining the Convention Against Discrimination in Education in accordance with the version attached to this decree. Article 2 stipulates that departments concerned will deposit the document of joining the abovementioned convention as per its provisions. Article 3 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
