Minister of Royal Office receives US Admiral

Muscat – H E Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Nu’amani, Minister of Royal Office, received Vice Admiral Curt A. Renshaw. Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, and his accompanying delegation at his office on Sunday. The meeting, attended by the US Ambassador to Oman, focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation to enhance the security of both nations and reaffirmed the deep historical ties between the Sultanate of Oman and the United States. Furthermore, Rear Admiral Saif Nasser al Rahbi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman, met with Vice Admiral Renshaw. During the session, the two military leaders exchanged views and discussed several matters of mutual interest regarding maritime security and regional stability.
