Minister of the Royal Office receives Ali Larijani

Muscat – H E Gen Sultan Mohammed al Nu’amani, Minister of Royal Office received Dr Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and his accompanying delegation in Muscat on Tuesday. During the meeting, His Excellency the Minister welcomed the guest and reaffirmed the deep-rooted bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Iran. The two sides engaged in cordial conversations and discussed several matters of mutual interest. Dr Larijani expressed his significant appreciation for the Sultanate of Oman’s stances regarding various regional and international files, noting Oman’s active role in bridging perspectives and advocating for constructive dialogue between relevant parties. The meeting, which was also attended by the Iranian Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, underscores the ongoing diplomatic cooperation and coordination between the two neighbouring nations.
