Muscat – Oman Airports has announced a dual initiative aimed at streamlining travel procedures and bolstering business aviation at Muscat International Airport. In a statement, the authority confirmed the introduction of new ticketing facilities and a reaffirmed commitment to the private flight sector. To accommodate the growing needs of commercial travellers, a dedicated additional counter has been established specifically for the sale of Oman Air tickets. Situated at Entrance C within the Departures Area of the passenger terminal, this counter allows arriving and departing passengers to book or modify their travel arrangements directly at the airport. This strategic placement is intended to facilitate more efficient booking procedures and provide a seamless service experience for those navigating the terminal. Parallel to these passenger terminal upgrades, Oman Airports and Transom have emphasised their continued support for the business aviation sector. Muscat International Airport remains fully operational for private jet flights, with specialised facilitation for business aviation movements. All operators and visitors entering or transiting through the Sultanate can expect a continuation of high-standard services.
