New decrees strengthen Oman’s global partnerships

Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued two Royal decrees on Sunday reading as follows: Royal Decree No 33/2026 establishes the Sultanate of Oman’s Embassy in the Republic of Belarus. Article 1 states that the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman will be established in the Republic of Belarus. Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue. Royal Decree No 34/2026 ratifies an agreement of cooperation between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Turkiye in the fields of health and medical sciences, signed in Ankara on November 28, 2024. Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree. Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
