Oman Air cancels key regional and international flights amid airspace closure

Muscat- Oman Air has announced the cancellation of several regional and international flights from March 4 to 6, 2026, due to the continued closure of airspace in parts of the region. The airline confirmed that all services to and from Amman, Dubai, Bahrain, Doha, Dammam, Kuwait, Copenhagen, Baghdad and Khasab scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, Thursday, March 5, and Friday, March 6 have been cancelled. Other flights across the network are operating according to schedule, although passengers have been advised to expect possible delays. Oman Air reiterated that the safety of its guests and crew remains its top priority, adding that it is closely monitoring developments in coordination with the relevant authorities. The airline said updates will be communicated promptly through its official channels and website. Passengers are advised to manage or amend their bookings via the airline’s website or mobile application.
