Two drones target Duqm Port infrastructure

Duqm – Oman has officially condemned a targeted attack involving two drones at the Duqm commercial port. According to a security source, one of the unmanned aerial vehicles struck a mobile worker housing unit, resulting in the injury of an expatriate worker. The second drone was neutralised, with its debris falling in an area close to fuel storage tanks. Fortunately, the wreckage from the second drone caused no further casualties or material damage to the infrastructure. In response to the incident, the Omani government has issued a firm statement denouncing the act of aggression. Authorities have confirmed that the Sultanate is currently taking all necessary measures to address the situation and ensure the ongoing safety of the country and its residents.
